Your name, mobile number, email address, how you prefer to receive tips, and a record of your membership payments. If you use the contact form, we keep the details and message you send.

How we use it

Only to deliver your tips, manage your membership, and contact you about your account. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Who processes it

Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery) and our hosting and database providers. Some of these may store data outside Australia.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. To see, correct or delete your details, contact us and we will respond within 30 days, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
